Two weeks were spent defining the strategic vision, information architecture and three design directions.
Direction 1 used sublet color blocks help organize hierarchy. Overlapping elements entice users to engage and scroll through the content.
Direction 2 used rhythmic, organic layouts withminimalist interface elements.
Direction 3 was highly graphic using a mix of textures, shapes and colorful backgrounds.
The event landing page utilizes a sticky calendar component as a means to navigate the long scrolling page.
The exhibition landing page uses a similar sticky rail component as paradigm to browse through the years of exhibitions at the Brant Foundation.
